Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laundryclub.us. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product, and once the return is approved, you may place a new order at your convenience.
